Chasing Destiny is an American reality television docu-series to find the next superstar girl group.

The show was created by Kelly Rowland and also features American choreographer and director Frank Gatson, Jr. Rowland is trying to assemble a group of African American girls that is based of talent and sisterhood like the group she was in Destiny's Child. She has had auditions in 3 cities and has a list of 600 narrowed down to 15. Unlike many other reality T.V. made groups Rowland seems invested in making this group a success.
